The Cryoboss network controller allows networking of up to 20 cryopumps, and handles RS-232 commands from the host computer. The controller acts as the master controller for roughing arbitration of pumps sharing a common roughing manifold. The Cryoboss controls a group of pumps to allow simultaneous regeneration when a group regeneration command is given. |
