Genesis purchased Ebara Technologies Cryopump Product Line on June 30, 2001, including all cryopump patents and its technical rights. All engineering, manufacturing, and in-house service personnel supporting the cryopump product line was retained from Ebara Technologies, Inc. The business was operated for a number of years out of Sacramento, but Genesis has since moved the operation to a new facility in San Jose, California. |
